How do I request a date to book the Claresholm Community Hall?
Check the calendar to view availability, then go to the rental page and complete the contract. Once completed,email the contract to firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t forget to submit the 50% deposit to secure the date. The date will not be considered booked until payment is received either by mail to PO Box 1000 Claresholm, AB T0L0T0 or in person at the Town Office.
When is payment due for booking an event?
50% of the total rental fee is required at time of booking. The remainder of the payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Is there a damage deposit required?
Yes, all bookings require a damage deposit in the amount of $250.00 and is required 30 days prior to the event.
How do I get my damage deposit refund?
After the event, the caretaker will inspect the facility to ensure it has been cleaned and there are no damages. A refund cheque will be mailed to the address in the contract within 30 days after completion of the event.
